This Privacy Policy describes how LiftHit ("the App"), developed by Josef Sekava, handles information when You use the App, and explains Your privacy rights.

Capitalized words have meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

• App refers to LiftHit, the software program provided by the Developer.

• Device means any device that can access the App such as a smartphone or tablet.
• Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• You means the individual accessing or using the App.

Data We Collect

Workout Data

LiftHit records only the numerical values You enter (e.g., exercise weights and repetitions). This data:

• is stored exclusively on Your Device and in Your personal iCloud account,
• is never transmitted to, accessed by, or stored on Our servers,
• contains no personally identifiable information — it is purely anonymous numerical data.

We have no access to Your workout data at any time.

Crash and Error Reporting — Sentry

We use Sentry (Sentry, Inc., 45 Fremont Street, 8th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) for crash and error reporting to improve app stability. When the App encounters an error, Sentry may automatically collect:

• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• Error stack trace

This data is used solely for diagnosing and fixing technical issues. Sentry processes this data on Our behalf under a data processing agreement. You can review Sentry's privacy practices at https://sentry.io/privacy/.

We do not configure Sentry to collect any user-identifying information or workout content.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the legal basis for processing crash and diagnostic data via Sentry is Our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in maintaining a stable and functional application. No other personal data processing takes place.

If You are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, You have the following rights regarding any Personal Data We hold:

Data Storage and Security

Your workout data never leaves Your Device and iCloud account. You are solely responsible for the security of Your iCloud account in accordance with Apple's terms and privacy policy.

Sentry crash data is transmitted securely over HTTPS and retained by Sentry in accordance with their data retention policies.

We retain no Personal Data on Our own systems.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 13. If You are a parent or guardian and believe Your child has provided Personal Data through the App, please contact Us and We will take steps to address the situation.
