Where is my data stored?
On your device, with optional sync through your personal iCloud account. The developer never sees it. No account is needed to use LiftHit.
Which units do you support?
Both kilograms and pounds. You can also set the smallest plate available in the settings for precise bar load calculation.
What exercises are supported?
LiftHit comes with built-in support for the big three: bench, deadlift, and squat. And military press, because — shoulders. But you can add your own custom exercises too.
